Is there a way to get cheats on create a server or w/e or is it even in the game?

sv_cheats 1

impulse 101 - full armor all weapons
noclip - no clip
buddha - no owwies

some more out there but youll have to look em up somewhere

ge_paintball 1 - paintball mode (doesn't need sv_cheats)
host_timescale 2 - fast mode
host_timescale 0.5 - slow mode

well i meant like the original goldeneye cheats (paintball bighead etc)

Yes for now paintball is the one real cheat. But unlimited ammo/all weapons is sorta what you create when you implule 101 in cheat mode

You can spawn stuff too...I'll post the NPC stuff for now, and I'll get the normal props up later.

NPC Spawns:

"god" is the command you want.  Buddha makes it so you can get hurt, but your health never goes below 1.
