as soon as you sign into steam, it will kick the other computer offline. Do this, and change your password.

Sometimes if you used another computer or used Dual boot eg. Windows XP with win7 and singed into XP then changed to Win7 it will say that you logged onto another computer just relog into steam it does not always mean that someone has stolen or is using your steam account

Hah i just ran into the same issue today. In fact i just installed vista 64 bit (just because i needed a 64 bit OS for a program to run and this is the only 64 bit OS i got).
But logout & login again solved it.

Shutdown steam entirely

Delete ClientScheme.blob from your steam directory.

Start steam, login

Open friends menu and make sure you are connected to the friends network

Start the game and try to join Octopussy's wetspot

If it doesn't work there is nothing more that we can do for you besides make sure there is a "steam.inf" file in your gesource directory. If there isn't then that may be your problem

You could try this (this is just a suggestion, no guarantee):

-Open up your Steam folder on your computer (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam , or similar)

-Backup your "Steamapps" Folder, just save it to another part of your computer(folder has all your games in it, so you wont have to reinstall them)

-uninstall Steam, and make sure the Steam folder is fully deleted (except that backed up folder)

-Reinstall Steam, Import "Steamapps" folder back, restart Steam

This might fix it. Also suggest changing your Steam password if you haven't already.
