I know it's completely ridiculous, but how friggin sweet would this be as a gameplay mode?   good for a few laughs at least

Epic lulz, but for gameplay reasons it should be cartoonishly large in the space around the player (chibby-style) and only or mostly fire machine gun rounds or something.
