Is there any way to get the GE:S weapons onto Garry's mod?

I guess there is; I think there was a thread that was about that, or at least someone made the same question as you.
I don't know how to port them to Garry's Mod, if it's doable. The dev team will tell you how to if they let you do it, for sure.
It would be nice if you wanted to do machinima with the GE:S characters. I can already imagine it: Boris' Adventures: Beyond Geekdom... hehe

I presume your taking about SWEP weapons? Obviously you can import any model from GES using the ingame browser thingy....
But if you want to make SWEPs try this tutoiral

I once made an SMG launch Explosive Barrels with the primary fire, then create an explosion at the point the player was looking at with the secondary fire. Making SWEPs in Garry's Mod is ridiculously easy, the only reason I haven't done this yet is because I don't have the weapon damage/accuracy values so they wouldn't be accurate replicas.

Obviously you can import any model from GES using the ingame browser thingy
you can? i never knew that them... (oh no another n00b question) how do i do that?

errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrm..... now let me try to remember :P
In the "Q" menu doodad there should be a browse tab next to the entities and props and whatever.. therell be a dropdown browse window thing that lets you browse through all your steam files.... go into your GES folder and (hopefully) oila!
Tbf i havnt done it...but it works with other mods so it should work

You have to manually import them by copying the "models", "materials" and "maps" folders from your \steamapps\sourcemods\gesource folder into \steamapps\<user name>\garrysmod\garrysmod folder.
You can make some fun ragdoll posing scenes in gmod with the GES stuff, here's some I've done:

i've already did that i have all that maps and Playermodels
in all i need are the LUA files so i can use the weapons. If anyone has those files please send them to me because the GE:S folder does not have any LUA files on it.

So like, i wanna make that into a banner lol... i wish i had garrys mod.. but erm.. maybe we can get together for some ideas :-p
i want that one for a tBar for if i ever get Ripe on FPSB.. i'm like 5k points away -.-

We dont use lua for any weapons, you will have to recode them for your self.
