Title: noob with a question
Post by: double0killa on March 13, 2009, 12:22:39 pm: Hello fellas. I love the mod its great. I have a question. When i host a server, how to do put in what weapons you want to use. it there a drop down menu for all available weapon sets.

Go into Options and tick the "enable developer console" checkbox.
Then press the ~ key.

Options and click "enable Dev. Console"
then you can access it by ~

Not only me but i have like 25 friends who either have or are getting this mod who are int the same boat. so the more i know, the less questions they ask me. im trying to get as many people as i can to play this mod. ALL THE ONES I KNOW WHO WANT TO PLAY THIS MOD ARE COMING FROM CONSOLE GAMING. (you know xbox ps3 etc)

maxplayers set to 16
Steam config directory: c:\program files\steam\steamapps\double0killa\source sdk base 2007\platform\config
Convar ge_teamplay has multiple different change callbacks
resource/closecaption_= "english".txt not found
resource/closecaption_english.txt will be used
Unknown command "sv_backspeed"

now i type ge_weaponsetlist and this is what i see.

what do i type after that. isnt it suppose to show the entire weapon set list after i type weaponset list??????
Also, how do you do the custom weapon sets. its all so dam confusing.

Well first off, we're he just to help with those noob questions really :-p we know they'll be asked eventually, youre just foregoing the process.

It's a good mission, "getting as many as i can to play" and i can say i've been doing the same :D.
