Some idiot tried to take out $400 bucks out of my account. I got a phone call from the bank saying a person attempted to get $400, but failed (his face). I told the lady, I have my card with me, so that is strange. Anyways, getting a new card and now I am going to be on a lookout when I am going to give my personal info.
He must have tried to buy something online on kmart, since he cant even slide it though the reader and since I have the card with me. happened in Arizona today.
Any tips on how to protect your info? Thanks appreciate it.

Card cloning is easy to do and very common in the UK, watch out for suspicious looking objects on ATM's
A guy at work had his account totally cleaned out once all £1200 and the bank are not covering his losses since it is his fault, the bank authorised the money with drawels becasue it was not out of the ordinary for him to be in Spain at his villa.
Buy a shredder.

Yea i have a shredder. I usually burn papers that have my personal info on it. Infact, The card I had, i sat down and cut the card into small pieces very small and shredded it to bits.
Im going to call Kmart head quarters and see if they can find out the transaction when he tried to purchase it online or in store. We will see.
