Title: Can´t make my own Server. Need all help

I can´t make my own server. When i open the command prompt and type in: cd C:\srcds and then hldsupdatetool and later this:

hldsupdatetool -command update -game tf -dir.

The download beginn VERY SLOWLY. Them by 0.91 %* it freez. I don´t know what i shoukd do. Is there something wrong? I spoke with GE:S DeV, but he lives on the other Side of the world, so i see hom very seldom. Can you say me tipps or anything else?

Because then i have a suprise for every GoldenEye: Source player.

Maybe New Levels.....
and Maybe the last Weapons?

Well we will se. If ou are faster, you get the maps and weapons. If you are slowly, you only get 1 map in 1 month....

Soi hope you can help me and give me answers.

Anyways, your having an issue with steam and hlds update tool. Not ges :/

And from where should i know it ? should i download the dedicated server and open steam while downloading it ?
