does anyone play this game? is it dead? its goldeneye people! why hasnt valve picked these guys up?! they did it with left 4 dead

Yes people still play this game, look for servers especially during primetime. No it's not dead. Finally, Left 4 Dead is being made by Turtle Rock Studios, which is a professional for-profit studio with a long term relationship with Valve - it's no surprise they were bought out and integrated into Valve.

Seriously, from 6pm to 10pm, there's a lot of James Bonds playing on the servers. Even some Oddjobs and Baron Samedis...
