Title: weapons sets

hi all
I have been trying to get a server running with weapons sets so no crashes
trying to use  Version without Golden and Silver PP7

i follow the instructions but at the end it says-( of the fourth post )
Add "es_load rand_wpn" to your autoexec.cfg file.
i don't have a  autoexec.cfg file so i create one
when in-game i just get the usually unknown command "es_load"
no matter how i change it about ,i still get the same unknown command or cant load in mutiplayer
any help would be great thanks
i cant email DR.no since he his email hidden ???
and am still banned from there servers so i cant ask him in game :o

why nobody reply? ???
i get the feeling that only a select few know how to do weapon sets
and since its me they just don't want to share or be seen talking with me

i just want to play a bit without crashes to worry about!

i keep getting -----unknown command "es_load "----- its doing my head in
like i said before i had to CREATE a autoexec.cfg file so am i missing something in that
i only have in -- listenserver.cfg ( in this order)
exec autoexec.cfg
exec server.cfg
then in    autoexec.cfg
 es_load rand_wpn

am just doing what it says at the bottom of this and it just doesn't work for me
