Making a parody of a sarcastic comedy that is itself a parody is a challenge.  For it to work, it needs to be a parody of the original topic (the cold war) and of the subject (Dr. Strangelove) without becoming a clone of the subject.  Overall, Strangeman did well, but it is heavily damaged by a number of scenes that just didn't work.

To ensure freshness and lack of bias, I review the Google version with timestamps as I re-watch it.

"Just go for it!"

Preface
1:08 -- The "why" cue is off by a second.  Other than that, and the laggy physics on the skull, the scene is great. 8 points.

Scene 1
The voice acting feels a little stilted.  Mandrake doesn't sound quite genuine, and Ripper was over-enunciated on a few lines. 9 points.

Scene 2
Epic fails for the voice selecton on Kong.  You couldn't find one real cowboy/redneck in the whole interwebs?  It isn't too jarring at first, but by the end of the film it's distracting as hell.
Good way to close the scene.  7½ points.

Scene 3
6:10 - If I recall, this was one of the dissapointments in the trailer... the Spaceballs reference was good while it was a reference, but ripping two lines from the script feels lazy, especially since Spaceballs is a farce parody and Strangelove is a sardonic parody.  This shot needed a rewrite that would assume the characters had seen Spaceballs, and kept it referential.  E.g., "...didn't see what I was doing, right?" "No, I didn't, Mr. Administrator. I..." [Abruptly] "Good!" would be enough to bridge the clunky farcical talking while keeping the reference obvious.
Excellent delivery on "GOOD!"  8½ points.

Scene 4
6:53: EPIC WIN. 11 points.

Scene 6
Ugh, more SureFine Kong speaking. "Outside radio transmissions disabled" guy probably could've done Kong just fine if he got fired up and in-character. 8 points.

Scene 7
10:40 - You mention the three-letter-code, but it's never actually important.
Scene flows well. 9½ points.

Scene 8
15:40 - Strangeman can valk!  Or at least, ständ vithout aßistance. -1 Get.

Scene 9
Vader for teh win. 1 point extra credit.

Scene 8 Resumed
18:20 - "jerkinnnnnnnngggh offfph"  Another stolen line, and delivered with suprise drunkenness on the 'ng'.  8 points.

Scene 10
Combat looks good, it stopped before it got boring, and Cicirega makes any imagination sequence rock. 10 points.

Scene 11
25:45 - Kong almost sounds like he's trying. No complaints.

Scene 12
27:04 - Preevert, not prevert. -1 Get.
I was disappointed there was no "i told u i was hardcore" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brandon_Vedas) reference.

Scene 13
30:XX - Tiny Tim and Power Point = Priceless. 10 points.
34:20 - Problem with the ragdoll I assume?  Not much of a wave, there.
OH YOU.  1 point extra credit.

poor poor mrsentual. i think the unseen ironic part about your major kong critique is that I had to double for him voicewise in the very end when he's riding down on the bomb O_O and yeah TFG did mess up on the prevert line. couldn't get him to correct it since he was this thing called busy so I had to let it slide. good read though, at least for me and a couple others. i'm sure everyone else reading this thread is thinking along the lines of tl;dr.

and out of all people and to be fair i'd prefer not to see an analysis from SnS :P

It must be your lucky week, Xanatos, because my computer apparently broke up with Google Video, and I don't much care for the "film" to download it.

I'll sum it up from what I saw until interwebz is fixed:

1. Your pacing could be much, much better.
2. Stop using inside jokes. They only apply to a niche audience.
3. Your camera work needs improvement.
4. The "he took all the ammo" line was priceless.
5. Your editing was okay, but there's room for improvement.
6. Do you know what a "stage line" is?
7. Overall, there we opportunities, Xanatos. Opportunities for a great joke. Opportunities missed.

Of course, the full review will have details, but that's all that I can remember.

a little bland and lacking of detail aren't we O_O

i'm guessing you haven't seen the whole thing so maybe that's why you're being really vague. it'll be good once you've seen it all.
