ahh yes the old Spectre M4 (phantom) i was modelling one of these as a replacement for the ump45  for counter strike

The majority of us use 3ds Max, a couple use Maya and I think KillerMonkey uses XSI

A weapon that deserved more use beyond a single stage. I still hate how it doesn't appear in multiplayer either. Jeeze. Not sure what they were thinking on that one.

Anyway, perfect model. Don't see a need for changes.

Take off the folding stock so it looks like the above picture. There is no folding stock on the phantom in goldeneye 64. Stay true to the game please.

... even if it was not a real gun, which it is, it was in GE64, so it will be in GE:S

I think most all the gun textures need some edge rubs and whatnot to make them look more worn.  They all look almost brand new.

So Baron, how is the status of this gun going? Have you guys had a chance to test it out in beta 3 at all and see how it works and stuff?...will it be in beta 3 or will a succeeding patch?

It's currently in-game right now, but at an early stage. We're still working on finalizing many of the weapons, and the phantom is one of them.

Just to clarify, the ZMG is a Micro Uzi, not an Uzi.

I've also heard that the DD44 could be the TT33 Tokarev.
This would make sense, as it was used by Soviet Russia around the time of WWII (even if this wasn't the time which GoldenEye took place)

Now that I look at the gun too, it looks like it was modeled after the TT33.

I did know that the picture wasn't correct, but I couldn't find a good-sized image of the right one. ::)

I'm pretty sure the AR33 is based off the M16 because of the barrel length.
