Grenade Launcher rounds don't bounce?

Well i don't know if this is a bug or not, but i have noticed when i shot a GL round at a wall it doesn't bounce off anymore, it just slides off of the wall.

Welp seeing as my report hasn't been replied to in awhile i thought i'd just make a video showing what i am talking about.

As you can see in the video, in Beta 4 the rounds would bounce off the wall perfectly fine, but in the latest version they just slide down the wall.

This is a known and oft-discussed issue among the BT/Dev team. I guarantee JcFerggy won't let the next release out the door without this fixed ^_^

But then Complex wouldnt work the way I wanted. I need to be able to kill from across the map COD Tomahawk style.
