Domino Effect doesn't work in 4.0.

Domino Effect "works", but it is very rare for it to actually work. Basically the packet that tells the bullet penetrated has to come before the packet that tells you killed the other player. So its a slim chance that it'll actually count.

This is fixed in v4.1.

Fire and Flames has been lowered to 500x in v4.1 (prior to your suggestions coolDisguise

I have the same problem with the Dominio Effect too, i know i have done it about 10 times, and no achievement
