The quick but effective UV layout, ;)

I'm not happy with some of the layout of the textures, but I textured it in about 20 minutes (unless you count the time it took for it to render/bake the some lighting information into the texture). :)  Laying outing out the UVs was the tedious part. :D
This is all just a learning experience.  :)

Thanks, it looks rather good in-game in Gears of War for the PC.

Looking good.  A couple crits.  1900 tris for the dolly is pretty high. You could slim it down a lot without losing much detail.  On that shelter, the roof texture looks a bit weird.
