OK there seems to be no problem now. (Mysteriously UltraEdit shows some crap at the end of the lines but doesn't affect gameplay).

Just in case, I'm French. So if you see that some of my sentences dosen't make any sens, you know why. But hey, who care anyway ?

What happened to the Portuguese translation on the wiki? That's not the one I submitted. I must also say that there are two main variants of Portuguese: the Portuguese from Portugal and the Portuguese from Brazil. The one on the wiki is the Brazilian one.

Some guy keeps replacing the whole thing with a new translation. This breaks the build script due to removal of the color chars. Ill unlock it but if it happens again ill just lock it again.

It would help if translators for the same language would try to communicate with each other, but that's just a thought...

Portuguese from Portugal and Portuguese from Brazil are different; may words are written in different ways. I posted my translation (Portuguese from Portugal) and somehow it got deleted.

Perhaps dividing them in two, like Portuguese (Brazil) and Portuguese (Portugal). But I guess the script that fetches the translations from there would have to be changed.

Looks like a good idea to me.
Basically it should be adding another section to the wiki and inserting a line for fetching this section into the script, right?

Does steam localization support the two portugese languages? If not, then this is a waste of time. We can only do as many translations as steam supports.

There isn't even an option for BE (british english) or AE (american english), so Portuguese hasn't got an option for Brazil or Portugal (I checked that).
You could work around by setting one version for another language which isn't supported (by GE: S) yet but in most cases the user wouldn't understand his steam client anymore...

Seems the most reasonable solution was to do just one version (I'd suggest the one that came first).

EDIT: Although this should be a little tricky if it's possible to do after all:
- Implementation of a selection box/field into the option menu for changing from one language version to the other leaving the steam language untouched.
