[TIP] .objs importing into 3DS Max with jagged holes.

Some of us have been having problems importing the more complex props into 3DS Max. When imported, the model has jagged holes. This seems to occur if the prop was created in Maya, then imported into 3DS Max.  This can be avoided by unchecking the "unify" box in 3DS Max when importing.
