i would add Perfect Dark: Source along with Goldeneye: Source and Black Mesa to the Top Three MODS of the year, all of them are doing excellent mods

Those are coincidentally the same ones i added. Perfect Dark is unreleased but they should be releasing soon at least before phase 3 voting starts.

There is no phase 3 voting, phase 3 is them deciding who gets the awarded prizes and not the user voted prizes.
