I just realized I have already optimized this map with a full blown ocean skybox and fixed all CLIENT OVERFLOWS on it! I even made a custom DECAL for the 06 number. Please update with your textures FRexx!  Looking good brother!   MultiplayerX

Fun facts: The Xbox teaser is using my HD restores (with permission) for the music. Will this be the music found in the actual game?  We will have to wait and see, but at one point Robin Beanland had redone all of the music to avoid licensing issues. I believe those have since been cleared up and we should expect the original music to make a return, but again we will have to wait and see.

Finally GoldenEye 007 will be re-released for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox
consoles! The game will be remastered in 4K for Xbox Game Pass and in HD for
Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members. The Switch port will
feature online multiplayer, whereas the Xbox one will have local split-screen.

It's sad this version won't be the remake Rare worked some years ago for
Xbox Live Arcade, which leaked in February 2021 and it's playable on modded
Xbox 360 or using the xenia emulator.

007 is back, even if his digital return seems pretty lacklustre. GoldenEye:
Source will probably remain the best way to play GoldenEye online.

Really great work. I enjoy these. It's cool that this classic music is still being brought to life in new high quality ways even to 25 years later!

The GE:S versions are amazing. And nostalgic at this point for me, also. Really the answer is there isn't enough times you can make/remake/remaster music for this game

This will be the last update regarding HD versions of the music.
I mentioned before that the only major update left to make was to parse the games’ reverb parameters manually in HD for fully detailed accurate HD reverb.
This makes a huge difference in the final quality and warrants an update.  In addition to the reverb now having more-accurate impulses and cleaner fall-off/HD detail, it now also has accurate LPF’ing at the correct frequencies, taking care of every last detail to get the original sounds accurate but in HD.
