Upstairs is half complete, middle floor needs interior walls, basement is near barren.

Indeed, quite impressive. Maybe once it's done, you can have it as an extra/bonus level in your GE:S mod. If this sounds stupid or is ignorant, please tell me off nicely.

Oh, I'm not a developer. And I would hardly think that my house would provide good gameplay. This just is a small summer side project, to get me even more familiar with Hammer and with mapping. I included use of inputs/outputs for lights that turn on and off, more realistic/scientifically accurate lighting, visgroups, optimization, among other things. I might try to work in a tonemap controller so that the HDR works better inside.
