i already tried reinstalling steam the game and sdk 2007 i have 2012 Visual C++ Redistributables 32bit version and the latest still not working i also tried to verify integrity with sdk base 2007 still no luck

Please give us some more info.
Which installer are you using, which mirror you downloaded from, how big is the filesize, are you using Antivirus from Northon or Avast?
