Completely re-written from scratch for GoldenEye: Source v4.2

MI6 and Janus are fighting for control over key military satellites. Several Uplink Points are in your area, stand close to one to begin an Uplink. Once the Uplink is complete, the satellite will be under your team's control, continuously generating points for your team. The more satellites your team owns, the more points generated.

Control and protect Uplink Points while preventing your opponents from doing the same!

Teamplay: Always

New features:
Uplink Points are now linked as soon as you enter them, no more having to touch the flag token
Amazing glowing ring and ping effects on all Uplink Points -- no need for a server plugin!
Objective icons direct you right to Uplink Points and show you when one is being captured
Better display of point ownership
Waiting For Players/Warmup Enabled
Greater flexibility on number of Uplink Points
Killticker notifications of Uplink Point captures
Renamed elements to better fit GE:S theme (No more "Control Points")

It's completed, just need to do some more public testing before releasing it.
