Title: Environment/Prop Artist
Post by: Benji Dude on April 13, 2009, 01:36:59 am: Hi there I'm applying for the role of environment/ prop artist. I have been modelling for 6 years (4 of which during university), I have an MA in Computer Games Art from the University of Teesside, England. I use 3DS Max and I have experience with Hammer and the source engine. My Masters dissertation revolved around using the source engine (and normal maps).

I am a big fan of that scene you made, not a big fan of the plasma looking weapon, a semi-fan of the hovercraft vehicle...

You are definitely worth a trial, I am afraid I am seeing mostly "cell-shaded" type work though and that would not fit our theme well. If you can really pull off the trial, though, you'd be in like flynn.

I am interested in reading your thesis, btw.
