List of 3rd Party Gamemodes?

I've seen stuff scattered throughout this section of the forum pertaining to new gamemodes but I wondered if there was, or perhaps could be, a list of all the good 3rd party modes I've seen on some servers (Investment losses, Deathmatch X, Uplink, Infected, etc.).

I like to have smaller LAN games but we would like to try out some other modes. I don't yet know how to implement new modes myself so I figured one of you guys could maybe point me in the right direction.

I suppose I'm also asking the same about weaponsets, too.

Most of these modes can be found on Word is Bond. Others on best of bond! :)
