[TOOL] xNormal - Standalone normal mapping tool.
« on: August 31, 2007, 04:58:46 am »

http://www.xnormal.net/

It can create normal maps from 3d models, bump maps, and photographs, can convert object to tangent space maps, and can generate cavity and AO maps, as well as some other nifty tools.

It has a model viewer able to view models with normals, spec, cosine, HDRI, Color, Reflections, Glows all that in real time in direct x 9. this way you don't have to compile a model in order to test what it looks like in engine, and you can just do tweaks to the model to see how it works before doing a compile.
