Title: Server Downloading

This might just be my computer being a douchebag, but I have tried to, with both websites ( at different times), download the GE:S Server files. But when I try to extract anything, I get an error from Windows saying it's invalid, and WinRAR says that it may be damaged. Should I try to redownload or do I need to do something else?

Most likely a redownload is required.

My server has an installer from my control panel.  I haven't tested the server files myself.  Just so you know, there are two patches to 4.2 that will also need to be downloaded.

Where are you downloading it from? If you think WinRar could be issue, try 7-zip.

Yep, Jestservers is our sort of official server company. Will always receive files early and allow quick updates of patches and full releases.
