Title: Misspelling on Silo
Post by: codemaster94 on March 02, 2010, 06:55:28 am
When the level opens, or when you start a new life, you misspelled Kyrzgystan. That's the right way to spell it, unless the N64 version spelled it wrong haha.

You missspelled it too, if it would be like you mean it would be: "Kyrgyzstan" and not "Kyrzgystan". But it doesn`t make a difference anyway, it is translated from the Cyrillic alphabet so it doesn`t really make a difference if you spell it with "y" or "i" or with "h" or without...
Kyrgyzstan actually exists but since Silo, like many other levels play in a fictive place I think it`s OK if we slightly change the name.
Just for the Record: Arkhangelsk, where the runway and the warfare facility is, is a city with a port in real life...

Kirghizstan is how it's spelt in Goldeneye.

Kyrgyzstan is the real place it's based on.

These are the facts.
