Wow, Hey I like your work alot! I would like to see you make some models first, become a DEV as a modeller and learn hammer at the same time.

Someone of the Lead developers has to bump you to trial.
Next you'll have to make a thread in the trial members section.
There you will get your trial assigned, can keep us up-to-date with your progress,
can ask for help if you need it, etc.

I'd love to see you on the team. Also, i'd love to work witih you and trade knowledge. I could help you with 3ds max, and you could help me become a better level designer.

I offer that whether you get a position or not. Really nice work man.

Sounds good.  I love learning new techniques and working with new people.  Do I need to make a new thread so that I can get bumped into trial mode for modeling??? I am ready to start as soon as possible!

I second that. Can't wait to see some of the new stuff you'll be working on. :-) Please show us some of your progress in the forums every now and then, if you have the time to do so, because it's been a while since i saw the last "in-production"-pic. :- (
