GE:S 1on1 Inauguration Cup

[-QA-] Quantum Alliance is hosting a competitive public cup.  By doing this, we are making an effort to boost the GoldenEye: Source competitive activity.  For those that are interested visit http://www.quantum-alliance.com/ and register on our forums.  The sign up thread is located in the Control Center forum.

I think it should be an AR33 Arena.

Base 70 damage, zoom-scoped, and accurate.

We will have more cups with different weapon sets.  If you are unhappy with "Golden Gun Arena" wait until we host another. ;)
