Was sv_maxspeed completely removed from the game?

Subject is self explanatory, I would usually record my GES videos with reduced speed in noclip mode to demonstrate slowly, However, I can't seem to find the command anymore. Was it completely removed from the game or it was changed to something else?

Why not use sv_noclipspeed?

Default is 5 btw ;)
