Trouble with Wine for Mac

Hello,

I have followed the instructions laid out by lazdzx: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1egnKqIGr7OHUGOihgrBfSHoS-_2SAZQ8p4QsjBikQjU/edit

When I get to the 12th step, it says cannot find 'Users/Vass/.wine/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/Steam.exe.

Can someone please help? I am sorry if I am asking the same annoying question but I poked around and couldn't find anything.

I've also tried using the PlayOnMac program but when I install Steam, and I go to login, characters come up and there's no letters to decipher, so I can't login.
