TeamArsenal Public Release

Hey Everyone,

I'm relatively new to the community, but have been playing since last August's 5.0 release last year. I figured I'd give back to the game by converting Arsenal to TeamArsenal which I've hosted about two weeks now. I believe I've ironed out most of the bugs, but any suggestions on how to improve it would be awesome.

The feedback that I've received has been great, but thanks to E-S and Major for their help!

P.S. Also I'm leaving a stripped down version without slapper level steals here on this post directly for future development.
