What are the PC Requirements for Goldeneye Source?!

Actually it's not common knowledge. You can't assume everyone knows that. I suggest that you made a requirement list for new players. It's quite lazy not to.

HL2's requirements are extremely outdated, given that they were written a long time ago when the game used an earlier version of the engine. Playing on a PC that barely meets those requirements would be impossible.

As someone who once played 4.2 on a Pentium 4 non-HT, the game would hog the CPU so bad, it prevented it from loading assets in time and also causes Steam to time out, thus kicking you from the server.
