An AI player serves as the "Viral Agent" like the movie, I suppose that player can be identified by a disease looking aura (like a stinky gas). Anyone who touches him/her is afflicted and will have to chase down the other players.

The round ends when all but one player remain, or when the time runs out. Last man standing or all players unaffected when the time runs out wins.

The Viral Agent can be killed but will respawn, and any player trying to suicide to escape infection will be infected regardless.
