So, I rewatched From Russia With Love the other day and I had an idea. How about merging the Orient Express with every other train that has appeared in a Bond movie except GoldenEye's? It would make for a very interesting map where there would be references to many Bond characters (eg. Oddjob's hat, May Day's dress lying on a bed, Solitaire's cards on one of the tables, a Vodka Martini on the Dinner car, the large case from The World Is Not Enough etc.). The main inspiration would be drawn from the Orient Express but there would also be different room layouts (taken from The Spy Who Loved Me, Live and Let Die and most recently SPECTRE's). This map would be perfect for 4-6 players because since this is a train, there isn't much space for lots of people walking around. In the dinner area there would be a bar where under it a weapon would spawn (just like in the Lee Hong Assasination in Codename 47). I also noticed in From Russia With Love that there were advertisements outside of the rooms which is a perfect opportunity for Bond inspired ads (Zorin Industries etc.).

 It is very unfortunate that I don't have any knowledge or experience with map modeling...

If this were to ever be made, I hope that the restaurant car would be modeled after SPECTRE's car because it looks far more elegant and chic, with the wooden walls and everything, the ideal place for a white dinner jacket wearing Connery model and also for Cougar Magnum bullet penetration kills. The restaurant train in FRWL looks old and dated, however it cannot be said for the sleeper rooms.
