Game won't Launch

After installing the game, it won't launch. I have verified the cache for Source SDK 2007 three times, uninstalled and reinstalled the mod four times, and after uninstalled and reinstalled Steam once, and reinstalled Microsoft's 2012 Visual C++ Redistributables (32bit) manually, twice. Could someone help me out please?
