[BUG] half spinning players

Death:
i've noticed a couple times connecting to servers about half the players will be half spinning as if they were running classic spin bots, but its only 180 deg and not 360, hard to explain, next time i see it happening i will record the gameplay.

no that is you spinning, the issue i've seen is enemies spinning like crazy

This usually happens when you alt-tab. It's an engine bug, been happening for a long time. Maybe once we get new animations this issue will be forever gone.
