Loading screen a tiny rectangle in right corner? Help!

Hey guys,
So I have a mac and tried to get this game working with Wine.
I was successful as the game opens through steam.

The problem is, when I get past the load screen, in the right corner is a small rectangle with all the game data.

Attached is a photo.

Is there something I should do? Is this a bug or is Wine screwing me over?

This happens if you run fullscreen and then change the resolution. You have to restart steam entirely to fix it.
