Crash on Startup GE:S 5.0

I have the same problem on Windows 10.

Except, my game doesn't really crash, it just automatically minimizes during launch,
and cannot be re-opened again.

Using CTRL-ALT-DEL to open task manager doesn't work either, as it becomes frozen from this bug.

The game will launch successfully (but only once), and then this bug occurs.

Only temporary way to fix it, is to reinstall the game every time you want to play it.

Valve actually broke launch parameters within the last few weeks faik. Epic.

You have Tripple Monitor Setup.
Maybe the issue is related to this.
Try to launch GES with only one Monitor attatched and see if this works.
Then maybe change it to windowed and try to launch again with multi screen.
After that you might be able to adjust your display settings with the ingame options.

Sadly the launch options are currently broken (thanks again valve), otherwise launch options like -windowed or -dxlevel
could help with some issues.
