Crash on Startup GE:S 5.0

You could try setting your resolution to 800x600 prior to launching the game. I also agree with only having one monitor connected on first launch. Setup your resolution settings, then reconnect your monitors.
Death:
using the launch options like you did wont make the game open in window mode.
you need to go to launch options of source base 2007 and add this:

-game "D:\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\gesource" -windowed
--- End code ---
change the "d:\steam blah blah" to your steam directory ie "c:\Program files(x86)\steam" ect ect
then run source base 2007 and it will open the game in windowed mode.
ges is setup with a launcher for ease of use but it do not transfer launch options to the engine.

Try to launch GES with only one Monitor attatched and see if this works.
Then maybe change it to windowed and try to launch again with multi screen.
After that you might be able to adjust your display settings with the ingame options.
Sadly the launch options are currently broken (thanks again valve), otherwise launch options like -windowed or -dxlevel
could help with some issues.

Still not! I don't see splash screen now. Just a black frame and shut!
I try to reinstall all my steam in C drive.
All source games are installed in C.
I have a Windows 7 x64
Asus Geforce GTX 750 it's bad i know :P
Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5Ghz
8 Gb DRR2-800 Corsair XMS2
SSD Kingston 128Gb
Windows 7 are newly installed!

what happens if you remove the launch options i suggested from source base 2007 and open it. does source base 2007 open?

It opens and works very well.
All source game work fine except GES...
