Forum won't let me send PMs

Everytime I attempt to send a pm, I fill in the question and captcha and receive the following error "The solution of task you submitted was incorrect. Please read the instruction and try again." I am answering and spelling everything correctly, what am I doing wrong?

 I sent you a pm and got this message

"Your message has been sent successfully."

Are you positive that you had a person selected that you where sending the PM to? That has happened to me when I had thought I selected a recipient, but failed to notice the selection never finalized...
