SetupArrayProps_R: array prop '(null)' is at index zero.

This worked for me:

1. Click "Steam" in the upper left, then "settings"
2. Under Beta Participation, opt into the "Steam Beta Update"
3. Restart Steam

4. Go to the Library
5. Select "Tools" from the drop down menu next to the search
6. Scroll down and right click on "Source SDK Base 2007", click on "Properties"
7. Click on the "Betas" tab and press the DOWN ARROW to select "Steampipe-" in the selection toggle, press Close
8. Double click on "Source SDK Base 2007", Press OK to the conversion, let it load/download/convert, quit
9. Try loading GE:S

10. Send Valve a Fuck-You-Too email

Would be nice if it didn't break the SDK tools. I reported the issue to Valve here, but there's still no response from Valve despite it being a widespread issue and no proper fix yet.

Seems to be fixed now.

Proxie:
Was still broke for me.  KM's fix worked fine, I didn't have to opt out of the client beta
