How to update GE:S dedi server from 4.1 to 4.2.1 on Linux

I admit, I am new to GE:S and I am also a bit new to Linux. I know enough to be dangerous.

I followed the wiki on how to install...then realized I was using 4.1 files. Maybe I am just overlooking what I need. All I can find for 4.2.x is .exe files which are not going to work on my Linux install.

I do not see a documented method on how to update the Linux version of this game server.

Any help appreciated for this n00b.
