Game Crash at launch. Cache needs repair

So I try to launch my favorite MOD tonight and get this weird error.

Searched and everyone said that you need to verify the game files along with SDK 2007 I was able to on SDK, but not on GE:S.  Is there a way to do this on the mod?  I have some crash logs, but I have to figure out something for the upload if that would be helpful.

I'd suggest just uninstalling and reinstalling GE:S. Backup your 'gamestate.txt' if you want to keep your achievements.

'gamestate.txt' is located in 'Program Files\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\gesource'

Someone might have have a better fix, but that should also do the job.

Could possibly try checking Hl2:EP2 cache if you have that installed.

Verify SDK 2007 Cache.

This means your SDK 2007 files are corrupt. You need to go into the properties of the SDK and "verify game cache".

GE:S does not have any game cache files, therefore it is impossible for this to be the mod's fault. Your steam files are corrupted.

I have the same problem, except it mentions MountFilesystem( 421 ).

I verified integrity of tool cache of SDK 2007, and tried reinstalling it, but no dice.
