What exactly do you do at HP? I know you're customer support, but walk us through a daily life of an HP employee! :P

Meant contract in that last post.  HP put me on the GM help desk.  I take calls from GM employees and do things like reset their passwords or fix software issues.  I'm still new and being trained.
