[Bug] Gameplay sets

Troy:
The file gameplay_lald.txt should be changed to gameplay_liveandletdie.txt to match the game mode.  Also, CTK sets were made but not a gameplay_capturethekey file to match it.  Later today, I'll make a gameplay_capturethekey file and post it.
