Lag gets even worse

Now i played some GE:S and i kept leaving bodies, warping behind, connection Problem messages and now
i was spinning like shit and lagging, and then the HL2.exe crashed  :'(

No problem is fixed, i UPGRADED my PC from 1,8 GHz CPU to 3,2 Dual Core Pentium 4......no lag, 60 FPS
