getting some HUUUGE lag at servers

Yes! I am Invincible!:
I keep getting lag, ill warp behind me, leaving bodies, getting "connection problem" errors all the time.  :'(
I can't play that game because of the hyber lag. it's not my Connection, 4.1 didn't lag almost at all. :-\
What can cause this?  >:(
