GE:S 4.2 just won't start

Hmmm....that's odd... Last time i got this kind of thing when i hooked up my PC to my 32 inch HD ready tv,  and when i tried to start 4.1 on the custom resolution o had to make because 720p went out of bounds somehow.....when i changed back everything went to normal....
