So I was in a ge source server and there was someone who i won't name, so I'm not going to name and shame.
but he was having scores of like 35-2 and he kept posting !voodoo in chat, as in Exclamation mark VOODOO every few minutes or so,
we asked him what it was and he said nothing,

is this some type of possible command for a game cheat he could possibly be using?
if he is cheating i want to know, that way my friend can add his ip can be banned from my friends server.

If you press "g" it prints !voodoo. It's used for game mode 'live and let die'.

Highly doubt any hacking. The old GE:S community is pretty amazing.

Like major said, chances are it's one of the community members who's been playing for years who rack up crazy kill counts. Puking !voodoo into the chat is something such players do for no particular reason, when this happens during playtests usually everyone in the server chants !voodoo back.

The game has a steep learning curve. New players often do very poorly just because they haven't gotten the hang of things, so don't be concerned about how well a seasoned player does.

Like the rest said, it's just a command for Live And Let Die. Press G and you'll say !voodoo in chat, V says !gesrocks but it has no use.
You'll probably never see a real hacker, GE:S just have some really experienced players. I've just seen a hacker since 2010, that got banned a minute after he joined the server with a speed hack.

If you're new to the game, I wouldn't really recommend to ban people for "hacking" since you won't know for sure, but it's your server so do as you want.

I have a feeling he's referring to me, Scoobs.  The only reason I spit out Voodoo all the time is because it's the only command that is mapped to my controller and my mic sucks.  I don't use the keyboard much while playing so it's the fastest way to respond.  To me it's like Timmy from South Park saying "Timmy" all the time.  It means everything and nothing at the same time.  If gesrocks was mapped I'd be saying that.
