v4.2 crash on start

Alright, I don't know why it worked, but I did as Koba did and specified the launch option -dxlevel 81. Instantly the game worked as expected. Unfortunately, the game will not exit properly, which means as Koba has to I also have to reset all my options during each launch. Again as he did once I specified the -dxlevel 81 launch option I removed it and it still continued to work but still doesn't exit properly.

DaFees, do you have HL2Ep2? Installing that game fixed the exit issue for me.

@Koba, sorry for not replying sooner but yes I have HL2Ep2 installed. I've had it installed since the first day I got it.
